Documentary structure

Beginning
The beginning of my documentary will begin a setting of the scene, in the setting the school will be shown from the outside then proceed inside where students and teachers will be walking around like a usual day. Then it will proceed with a bunch of people saying yes or no, That yes or no will be the answer for the documentary question 'Are the school rules too strict?'.

Middle
After the introduction is done, The video will proceed with the students and teachers answering either 'Why are the rules too strict?' or 'Why aren't they too strict?'. In this bit the intreviewed people will go into dept why they think a certain thing.

End
The end will be with a rhetorical question to make the views think, And we might also add another scene of the school.

Documetary

Our  documentary idea is that are the school rules too strict.in our documentary we will ask teachers and students the same questions to get two sides of the story, This will make the documentary less biased. In our opinion the students will think that the school rules are too strict and even the smallest thing can get you into trouble. And on the other side the teachers will think that the school rules are not that strict they are only there for the students education and there well being. We may ask the students events that have taken place in their school like that got them into trouble or any silly rules that could get someone into trouble.

Questions :

  • what do you think of the school rules ?
  • Are the school rules strict?
  • Are the rules needed?
  • Are the rules not needed?
  • What would happen with out rules?
  • Dont you think rules are there for your safety?
  • Do you think the rules are restricting your freedom around school?

US and Nato 'far from goals' in Afghanistan ...

After 10 years of fighting in Afghanistan, US and Nato allies remain far from reaching their goals, a former commander of coalition forces has said.
Retired Army General Stanley McChrystal said the US began the war with a "frighteningly simplistic" view and still lacked the knowledge to achieve a successful end.
"Operation Enduring Freedom" aimed to track down Osama Bin Laden after 9/11 and eliminate the Taliban. The UN says more than 10,000 civilians have died in the past five years alone.
More than 2,500 international troops have been killed - most of them American.
The conflict has already surpassed Vietnam to become the longest war in US history.
'Superficial understanding' Speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations, Gen McChrystal, who commanded coalition forces in 2009-10 before being forced to resign after a magazine interview, said the US and Nato allies were "a little better than" half way to achieving their military goals.
The most difficult task would be to create a legitimate government that ordinary Afghans could believe in and that would balance the influence of the Taliban, he said.
